高校辅导员制度的历史与现状

高校辅导员制度自1952年创立,到1965年初步形成,“文化大革命”时期遭受重创,1978年开始恢复,此后不断发展。目前,高校辅导员队伍面临着队伍建设滞后、辅导员能力不足、辅导员队伍专业化、职业化程度较低等问题。在新形势下,必须按照“职业化、专业化、专家化”目标加强辅导员队伍建设,推进高校辅导员制度不断完善。

The system of college student＇s political counselors, which founded in 1952 ,formed in 1965 ,destroyed in the Cultural Revolution, has developed gradually to date. However, there still remain many problems, such as the slow advancement of group construction, the poor skills of political counselors, the inefficiency of specialization and professionalization. Thus the system of political counselors must be constructed in accordance to the goals of professionalization, specialization and expertization , so as to be developed roundly.
