摘要
结合我院工资改革实际，论述了实施津贴工资制的重要意义，总结了我院实施津贴工资制的实践经验和成效。
Based on the practical reform of wage system in our university, this paper discusses the significance of carrying out subsidy wage system and summarizes the experience and success in implementing the system. In addition, it puts forward some ways to deal with the problems in the practice of the system in higher learning institutions.
