摘要
本文应用连续损伤力学理论与有限元法耦合的方法,研究开发了电厂主蒸汽管道的寿命评价软件。利用该软件可预测高温高压管道寿命;估算服役管的剩余寿命;模拟管道裂纹的扩展过程。文中针对材质为12Cr1MoV的蒸汽管道进行了高温力学性能实验,计算了服役管的剩余寿命,取得了令人满意的结果。
A program for predicting the life of the steam piper used in power plant was developed. The method indudes the coupling of the continous damage mechenics theory and finite element. The program coulel be used to predict the life of the ligh temperature and pressure pipes. the surplus life of the working pipes and also to imitate the process of the crack growth.
