摘要
链板自动分选整列机采用6328He-Ne激光器和CCD作为光发射接收系统提取流水线上的链板的形态信号,通过对漫反射光的宽度及最大偏移进行了深入的研究计算,从而使本装置的误选率≤0.8%。
We develop the first arranging machine in our Country. It can distinguish and choose the chain flake automatically according to the production of automation. The device abstracts the signal of the shape of the chain flake on the assembly line using the He Ne laser of 6328A and CCD (Charge Coupled Device to imaging), studies and colculates the width and the most deflection of light beam of the diffuse reflection. Its ratio of chosen by mistake is less than 0.8 percent. It can meet the requiring of the production on the assembly line.
