中德大学学校体育理念的比较研究

Comparative Study on College Physical Education Concept between China and Germany

本文拟通过对德国大学体育与我国大学体育的教育理念、教育模式和管理机制现状的对比分析,剖析目前我国高等学校体育思想和教学运行机制中存在的问题:重视体育课教学,忽略对大学生自主锻炼能力的培养;注重大型体育场馆设施建设,忽略体育场所的多功能使用率和维护管理。提出要把学习和借鉴国外学校体育的管理模式、合理因素与“国情”、“校情”的实际相结合、建立合理有效的学校体育运行机制的理念。这对构建和谐而健康的高校体育发展蓝图有着积极促进作用。

This paper tried to make comparative study on education concept, teaching model and management mechanism in college physical education between China and Germany, analyzed the existing problems of our current teaching ideas and running mechanism. The main problems are paying great attention to physical education teaching and neglecting the cultivation of self-exercise ability; paying attention to the large-scale gymnasium and neglecting the multi-function usage and maintenance, The author put forwarded to learn fi-om foreign college＇s management model and use it for reference, establish the concept of rational and effective college physical education running mechanism from national and college condition. It has positive influence on constructing the harmonious and healthy college physical education developing blueprint,
