耐热耐冲蚀磨损复合涂料的研制

摘要 研究了涂料的配方、固化工艺、粘接性能、耐热性能和耐冲蚀磨损性能,结果表明:由耐热环氧对树脂、改性固化剂、耐热填料为主要成分的ZL-T1涂料,在100℃固化三小时后,具有优良的耐热、耐冲蚀磨损性能,可以在25℃至150℃温度范围内长期作为耐冲蚀靡损材料使用,耐冲蚀能力是16Mn钢的2.8倍以上.ZL-T1涂料粘接强度下降1%,冲蚀率上升1.21%. In this paper,the composition,curing process,binding property,heat resistance and erosive wear resistance properties of the coating are studied. The re-sults show that the ZL - T1 coating which is mainly consisted of the heat resis-tance epoxy resin modified curing agent and the heat resistance filler,after being solidified 3 hours at 100℃,possesses excellent properties of the heat resistance and the erosive wear resistance,and its erosion wear resistance is more 2. 8 times than that of 16Mn when it is used at 25~150'C over a long time. The erosion rate of the ZL-Tl coating raises 1. 21% with its binding strength decreasing 1%.
