成人型胃镜行小儿胃镜检查的临床价值

An analysis of gastroscopy of children with adult gastroscope

目的 探索在非全身麻醉状态下应用成人胃镜行小儿胃镜检查的成功率和安全性。方法选择136例病儿，男79例，女57例；年龄5．5～12岁，平均10．5岁。胃镜检查适应证、术前准备和胃镜操作方法基本与成人相同，但必须术前充分与患儿及家长交谈，说明道理消除恐惧和焦虑，取得患儿和家长配合。结果 136例中胃镜一次成功插入并完成检查125例（91．9％），胃镜需二次插入并完成检查9例（6．6％），胃镜插入失败未完成检查2例（1．5％），总成功率（98．5％）。结论 在非全身麻醉状态下应用成人胃镜行小儿胃镜检查是安全可靠的。

AIM To evaluate the success ratio and security of the gastroscopy of children with adult gastrosoope no general anesthesia. METHODS Of 136 cases,79 boys and 57girls at the age from 5.5～12 years. Applications and pre-operative preparation of the gastroscopy of children are basically same with adult gastroscopy, we must talk about gastroscopy to children and their parents in pre-operation for dispelling their anxiety and fear. RESULTS 125 of 136 cases was inserted successful in once（91.9% ） ,9 of 136 cases was inserted successful in twice（6.6 % ）, 2 cases were failured（ 1.5 % ）. The total successful ratio was 98.596. No one had complication. CONCLUSIONS Gastroscopy of children with adult gestroscope no general anesthesia is safe end security.
