本文介绍了我们设计的40m3／h砂处理生产线的工艺流程，特点，主要设备，并详细分析了该生产线的使用效果，实践证明该生产线的设计是成功的．
This paper introduces the technological process,properties and mainequipment of the production line of sand-process with 40m3/h designed by us. Andanalyses the service effects of this production line. Practice have proved that design ofthis production line are successful.
