摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病,CHD)患者血浆脂联素水平变化及其与血脂、细胞黏附分子的关系。方法酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定30例冠心病患者(CHD组)和30例健康对照者(对照组)的血浆脂联素、血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM1)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM1)及E-选择素水平;酶法测定血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果CHD组与对照组相比,TG、TC和LDL水平明显增高(P<0.001),HDL明显降低(P<0.001);血浆脂联素水平显著降低(P<0.001),血浆VCAM1、ICAM1和E-选择素水平显著升高(P<0.001);血浆脂联素水平与TC、TG、LDL水平呈负相关(P<0.001),与HDL成正相关(P<0.001),与血浆VCAM1、ICAM1、E-选择素水平成负相关。结论血浆脂联素水平异常与冠心病的发生密切相关。
Objective To explore the change of plasma adiponectin in patients with coronary atherosclerosis (CHD) and its relation to blood lipid and cell adhesion molecule. Methods Blood of 30 patients with CHD and 30 healthy men (control) were collected. Levels of plasma adiponectin, vascular cell adhesion moleculel ( VCAM1 ), intercellular adhesion moleculel ( ICAM1 ) and E-selectin were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were measured by enzyme method. Results Levels of TC, TG and LDL in CHD were significantly higher than those in control, levels of HDL in CHD were significantly lower than that in control; Level of plasma adiponectin in CHD was notably decreased compared to that in control. While,levels of plasma VCAM1, ICAM1 and E-selectin were notably increased compared to those of control; Level of plasma adiponectin was negatively correlated with levels of TC, TG, LDL and positively correlated with levels of HDL. And plasma adiponectin was negatively correlated with levels of plasma VCAM1, ICAM1 and E-selectin. Conclusion Abonomal level of plasma adiponectin was closely associated with the development of CHD.
