基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症防治的体会

目的探讨基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)并发症的防治体会。方法对我院2年内300例LC手术前、手术中、手术后情况进行临床分析。结果中转手术7例(2.33%),术中并发症7例(2.33%),术后并发症8例(2.66%),均经积极处理无后遗症发生。结论只要重视手术过程的每一个环节,并发症是可以避免的,基层医院开展LC必须把并发症的预防放在首位。
