鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉120例临床疗效分析

Endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal polyps clinical analysis of 120 cases.

目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉的疗效。方法对120例鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术,术后随访1年。结果治愈78例,好转24例,无效18例,总有效率85%,无严重并发症。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉有良好的疗效。术前了解手术史,仔细阅读CT片,了解解剖结构,彻底清除病变是手术成功的保证。

Objective To explore the treatment of nasal polyps effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 120 eases of nasal polyps in patients with endoscopic surgery, the patients were followed up for 1 year. Results 78 eases,24 eases improved, 18 eases ineffective, with a total effective rate of 85% ,and there were no serious complications. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is the treatment of nasal polyps good effect. Know before surgery, careful reading of CT to understand anatomy, surgical removal disease is a guarantee for success.
