摘要
从疏花绞股蓝（ＧｙｎｏｓｔｅｍｍａｌａｘｉｆｌｏｒｕｍＣ．Ｙ．ＷｕｅｔＳ．Ｋ．Ｃｈｅｎ）的地上部分分离到５种化合物，经理化测试和光谱分析，鉴定为商陆素（ｏｍｂｕｉｎ）（Ⅰ）、异鼠李素（ｉｓｏｒｈａｍｎｅｔｉｎ）（Ⅱ）、皮素（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ）（Ⅲ）、商陆甙（ｏｍｂｕｏｓｉｄｅ）（Ⅳ）和芦丁（ｒｕｔｉｎ）（Ⅴ）。
Five compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Gynostemma laxiflorum C. Y. Wu et S. K. Chen. By means of spectroscopic and chemical analysis, they were identified as ombuin (Ⅰ), isorhamnetin(Ⅱ), quercetin(Ⅲ), ombuoside(Ⅳ)and rutin(Ⅴ).
