摘要
应用GC/MS/DS鉴定了黄花蒿和青蒿精油的化学成分。共鉴定41个化合物,分别占两种精油总量的95.73%和98.01%。它们的主要成分为左旋樟脑(黄花蒿17.04%;青蒿23.43%)、樟脑(黄花蒿6.00%;青蒿1.11%)、1,8-桉叶油素、β-蒎烯、蒿酮、丁香烯、β-月桂烯和长叶烯等。这两种精油的化学成分基本相同,但含量有所差别。经轻工部香料工业研究所评定,为清凉带苦的药草香味,香气强烈,可用于调香。
The essential oils of Artemisia annua Linn. and A. apiscea Hance. were analysed by capil lary GC/MS/DS techniques. Forty one compounds which accounted to 95. 73 % and 98. 01 % of each total essential oils had been indentified. The main components of them were (-)-camphor (A. annua 17. 04%; A. apiacea 23. 43% ), camphor(A. annua 6. 00%; A. apiacea 1. 11 % )and 1, 8-cineole, β-pinene, artemisia ketone, caryophyllene, β-myrcene and longifolene etc. The chemical composition of the essential oils of the two plants listed above was similar, but different in individual weight content.
