摘要
城市对外客运枢纽选址规划是城市规划的重要组成部分。分析了城市对外客运枢纽选址存在的问题及其解决方法,针对土地开发密集的老城区和土地规划正在进行(或尚未完成)的新城区,结合其不同的土地使用限制条件,以城市对外出行旅客市内出行总时间最小为目标,分别建立了约束型和无约束型两种选址模型,并分别设计了线性规划和遗传算法的计算方法对其进行求解,通过模型求解,可以得出规划城市对外客运枢纽的数目及其规模。
The location palnning of urban external passenger terminals play an important role in urban planning. Based on analysis of the existing problems, designed a restrain-planning model and a non-restraint-planning model for old urban areas of high intensity of land use and new areas under on-going planning, combined with various land use conditions. The models aiming at the minimization of total external passengers" travel time were solved by linear programming and the genetic algorithm respectively, the number and scale of urban external passenger terminals were presented.
