石蒜科植物朱顶红中非生物碱类成分的研究

Studies on Non-Alkaloid Constituent of Amaryllidaceae Species Hippeastrun vittatum(L′Herit.) Herb.

目的研究石蒜科植物朱顶红中非生物碱类成分。方法采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离纯化,经理化常数、光谱学方法鉴定结构。结果分离得到了3个糖脂类成分,其结构分别鉴定为1-亚麻酰-3-O--βD-吡喃半乳糖基-sn-甘油(1);1-亚油酰-3-O--βD-吡喃半乳糖基-sn-甘油(2);1-油酰-3-O--βD-吡喃半乳糖基-sn-甘油(3)。结论它们均为首次从石蒜科植物中分得。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the non-alkaloid constituents of Amaryllidaceae species Hippeastrun vittaum （L＇ Herit. ） Herb.. ETHODS Compotmds were isolated by silica gel and Chromatorex ODS column chromatography, and the structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. RESULTS Three glycerol-lipid glycosides were isolated and elucidated as 1-1inolenyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl- sn-glycerol（1） , 1-1inoleoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl- sn-glycerol（ 2 ） and 1-oleoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl- sn-glycerol（3）. CONCLUSION They are isolated from fresh bulbs of Hippeastrun vittatum （L＇Herit.）Herb. for the first time.
