天目藜芦生物碱成分研究

Studies on the Alkaloid Constituents of Veratrum schindleri Loes.f.

目的研究天目藜芦(Veratrum schindleriLoes.f.)生物碱成分。方法利用酸碱处理及硅胶柱色谱进行分离,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了其中5个生物碱成分,分别是异红介藜芦碱(Ⅰ)、藜芦胺(Ⅱ)、介藜芦碱(Ⅲ)、藜芦酰棋盘花碱(Ⅳ)、藜芦托素(Ⅴ)。结论上述5个生物碱均为首次从该植物中被发现。

OBJECTIVE To study the alkaloid constituents of Veratrum schindleri Loes. f. METHODS The compounds were isolated by acid and alkali treatment and column chromatography, and the structures are identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Five alkaloids were isolated and identified as isorubijervine（ Ⅰ ）, veratramine（ Ⅱ ）, jervine（ Ⅲ ）, veratroylzygadenine（ Ⅳ ）, veratrosine （ Ⅴ ）. CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated for the first time from the plant.
