细辛脑注射液对哮喘患儿情绪、肺功能和炎症因子的影响

目的观察细辛脑注射液对哮喘患儿情绪、肺功能和炎症因子的影响。方法随机分成两组,两组均吸入舒喘灵气雾剂。治疗组加用细辛脑0.5mg/kg用10%葡萄糖注射液稀释成0.01%的溶液静滴,1d2次。两组均7d1疗程,共观察2个疗程。结果两组患儿治疗结束时焦虑和抑郁症状的评分与实验前比较均有所降低,但对照组治疗前后差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论细辛脑注射液不仅有效地促进IL-12的分泌,改善高IgE血症、缓解哮喘症状、改善肺功能,而且能有效改善患儿的焦虑和抑郁情绪,有利于哮喘的治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of Asarone injection on emotion,pulmonary function and inflammatory factor in asthmatic children.Medhods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In both groups,Salbutamol Aerosol was applied.Additional intravenous injection of 0.01% Asarone （0.5mg/kg,diluted with 10% glucose injection）twice per day was used in treatment group.Every 7consecutive days were taken as one course of treatment.Both groups were treated and observed for two weeks. Results At the end of observation,the anxiety and depresstion scores were lower than those two weeks ago in both groups.In the control group,the difference was not significant（P〈0.05）,but in the treatment group,the scores change was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Asarone injection can not only effectively stimulate the secrention of IL-12,amehorate Hyper IgE syndrome,relleve the asthmatic aymptom and enhance the pulmonary function but also relieve the anxiety and depression emotion.So it＇ s worth applying in clincal practice.
