Modification of the Sealing of Long Retractable Steam Soot Blower

湖北长源第一发电有限责任公司12号锅炉自投产后,其长伸缩式蒸汽吹灰器一直存在着较大漏泄问题。通过仔细分析原蒸汽吹灰器的密封系统,找出了原密封系统的设计缺陷,并根据设计缺陷和现场的实际情况设计选用“活压式密封系统”对原密封系统进行改造,取得了理想效果。

Since the commission of No. 12 boiler of Hubei Changyuan No. 1 Power Generation Co. , Ltd. ,the problem of heavy leakage of long retractable steam soot blower has been existed. Through careful analysis of the original sealing System of the boiler,the design defect of sealing system of the boiler was found out. In the light of such design defect,a movable pressure sealing system was used to modify the sealing system and ideal results were achieved.
