通过分析电站热力设备沉积垢物特性、材料性能、材料的表面状态及运行特点,讨论了热力设备化学清洗时对化学清洗剂的基本选用原则,正确使用化学清洗剂可避免热力设备发生腐蚀损坏,保证设备的安全运行。

Through analysing the characteristics of the deposit on thermodynamic facilities and the performance, surface state and operation features of material, the basic selection principle of chemical cleaning agent for thermodynamic facilities of power plant was discussed. The proper selection and correct use of cleaning agent can prevent thermodynamic facilities from corrosion and damage ,and ensure their safe operation.
