摘要
采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从穿山龙中提取薯蓣皂甙元,对提取工艺、条件进行了研究。选择穿山龙水解物粒度为40目,夹带剂为体积分数95%的乙醇,通过正交实验确定了萃取压力35MPa、萃取温度55℃、CO2流量40~45kg/h和提取时间3.0h,粗品薯蓣皂甙元的提取率为4.44%,粗品中薯蓣皂甙元的质量分数为。(薯蓣皂甙元)=54.65%。
Supercritical CO2 extraction technology is used to extract diosgenin from dioscorea. The orthogonal experiment result shows that, the granularity of hydrolyzed dioscorea is 40 mesh, the cosolvent is 95% ethanol, the extraction pressure is 35 MPa,the extraction temperature is 55 ℃, CO2 flow rate is 40 - 45 kg/h, and the extraction time is 3.0 h. Under these optimum conditions,4.44% crude diosgenin is obtained and the mass fraction of diosgenin in the crude product is 54.65%.
