Temperature and pH Sensitivity of Acrylic Acid and Poly(N-isopropylamide) Graft Chitosan Polymer and Its Controlled Delivery on Coenzyme A

摘要 利用接枝共聚合成了具有聚丙烯酸(PAA)和聚异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAm)支链的壳聚糖(CS)聚合物[P(CS—g—AA/PNIPAm)],研究了其水溶液的温度和pH敏感性,并利用其性能探讨了P(CS·g—AA/PNIPAm)对辅酶A的控制释放。紫外光谱分析结果表明,P(CS—g—AA/PNIPAm)水溶液比异丙基丙烯酰胺均聚物的最低临界溶解温度(LCST)略高。在pH:9、温度为24—50℃或温度为24℃、pH=3.7—9的条件下,聚合物都能对辅酶A(CoA)进行控制释放。对其控制释放机理进行初步探讨。 A kind of temperature and pH-sensitive polymer P (CS-g-AA/PNIPAm) was prepared by graft and copolymerization of chitosan (CS) , acrylic acid ( AA ) and N-isopropylamide ( NIPAm ). UV analysis showed that the low critical solution temperature (LCST) of P(CS-g-AA/PNIPAm) is higher than that of poly (N-isopropylamide) in aqueous solution. At pH = 9 and temperature range of 24 - 50 ℃ ,or at 24 ℃ and pH between 3.7 and 9, P (CS-g-AA/PNIPAm) can well control the delivery of coenzyme A and the release mechanism of coenzyme A was also investigated.
