摘要
根据中国石化集团公司的文件要求,结合上海高桥石化股份公司的实例,探讨了炼油、化工企业的UPS配电系统在不大幅增加投资的情况下,如何尽可能地提高UPS配电系统的可靠性,并给出了具体实施方案,在对UPS配电系统的可靠性有极高要求的炼油化工企业中具有一定的推广价值。
According to the file of China Petroleum ＆ Chemical Corporation and the example of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Lid. ,the best UPS distribution system plan for refinery and chemical plant is discussed. Although the investment is not increased but the reliability has awfully been improved so this plan is valuable for application.
