摘要
本文对油水两相在水平管内的流动规律进行了实验研究.实验所用的仪器为小型管式流变仪,实验管段由不锈钢管制成,内径为13.16 mm.仿照Duns-R os方法,采用无因次分析的方法,对实验数据进行处理,得到管流条件下油水混合物流变性计算公式.
:The rheological property of oil-water mixture while flowing through horizontal pipe was studied. Experiments were carried on pipe rheometer,and the test pipe is made of stainless steel, with the diameter of 13. 16 mm. Imitates the model of Duns-Ros, defining the dimensionless factor NL. relevant to viscosity. Dealing with experimental data, the formulas of viscosity of oil-water mixture while flowing through pipes are got.
