In this paper, survey and status quo of development and utilization of mineral resources in Guangxi province were introduced. And from the viewpoint of strengthening comprehensive recovery and utilization of resource and energy etc, the relationship between development and utilization of mineral resources in Guangxi province and energy conservation was discussed.
