摘要 目的探讨“益气调血,扶本培元”针法对快速老化鼠SAMP10体温的影响。方法采用24只7月龄快速老化SAMP10雄性小鼠,随机分为气血组、非穴组、SAMP10对照组,每组8只,9只正常老化的SAMR1雄鼠作为R1正常组,于每日1400和1700测量两次各组小鼠腹部体温。结果1400时,P系各组之间体温无差异(P>0.05);1700时,气血组体温低于非穴组和对照组,均表现显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论“益气调血,扶本培元”针法能够在一定程度上调节SAMP10小鼠体温变化,抑制体温升高,从而可能有助于延缓SAMP10小鼠的寿命。 Objective To investigate the influence of "qi-reinforeing, blood-regulatiag and body resistance-strengthening" acupuncture on body temperature in rapid aging rats SAMP10. Methods Twenty-four 7-month-old aging male mice SAMP10 were randomly allocated to qi-blood, non-point and SAMP10 control groups, 8 each. Nine normal aging male mice SAMR1 formed a R1 normal group. The abdominal temperature was taken at 14:00 and 17:00, twice daily in each group of mice. Results At 14:00, there were no significant differences in body temperature between different species P groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; at 17:00, the body temperature was lower in the qi-blood group than in the non-point and control groups, and both had a significant difference (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion "Qi-reinforcing, blood-regulating and body resistance-strengthening" acupuncture can regulate mouse SAMP10 body temperature and check its rise to a certain extent, thereby possibly helping to prolong SAMP10 life.
