针灸强壮要穴对大鼠免疫功能的影响

The Influences of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Important Tonifying Points on Rat’s Immunologic Function

目的探讨针灸不同穴位对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将大鼠随机分成A?B?C?D四组;A组针灸双侧足三里+关元,B组针灸双侧足三里,C组针灸关元,D组为空白对照;通过测定免疫指标(胸腺指数、脾脏指数、巨噬细胞的吞噬作用、中性粒细胞的吞噬作用、溶血素效价、脾细胞介导的羊红细胞溶血定量测定、T细胞E花结形成率等),观察针灸对大鼠免疫功能的影响。结果针灸10次以后,结果表明针灸双侧足三里的B组大鼠免疫功能优于A?C组,三个针灸组大鼠的免疫功能较空白对照组显著提高。结论针灸强壮要穴可以显著提高机体的免疫功能,不同的穴位对大鼠免疫功能的影响程度不同。

Objective To investigate the influences of acupuncture and moxibustion of different points on rat＇s immunologic function. Methods Rats were randomly allocated to groups A, B, C and D. Group A received acupuncture and moxibustion of bilateral points Zusanli（ST36） and point Guanyuan（CV4） ; group B, acupuncture and moxibustion of bilateral points Zusanli; group C, acu- puncture and moxibustion of point Guanyuan; group D is a blank control one. Immunological indices （thymus index, spleen index, macrophagic phagocytosis, neutrophil phagocytosis, hemolysin titer, splenocyte mediated sheep erythrocytolysis quantification and Tlymphocyte E rosette forming rate） were measured to observe the influences of acupuncture and moxibustion on rat＇s immunologic function. Results It was showed that after 10 sessions of acupuncture and moxibustion, the immunologic function was better in the rats of group B receiving acupuncture and moxibustion of bilateral points Zusanli than in groups A and C and markedly improved in the three groups of acupuncture and moxibustion as compared with in the blank control group. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion of important tonifying points can markedly improve bodily immunologic function; different points influence rat＇ s immunologic function in different degrees.
