摘要 介绍了低温液体运输车轻量化设计的主要方法,在保温结构上用高真空多层绝热取代传统的珠光砂粉末绝热,在工作方式上,用低温泵排放取代自增压转注,在结构上运用有限元等优化设计方法。文章对国内外同类产品在技术参数上进行了比较。 This article introduces design of the truck for transporting low temperature liquids with excellent thermal isolation and optimal structural design. In this paper, some new design ideas are introduced such as using high vacuum multilayer to replace SiO2 powder to isolate heat transfer, using low temperature pump to replace self pressure enhancing system. Finite element method and optimal design method are also introduced to realize structural design for the liquid vessels. At last, the technique parameters of similar productions of domestic and foreign companies are compared.
