摘要
叙述了高速钢锻件中心开裂的现象,分析了开裂的原因,指出锻件缺陷是由锻造操作错误所致,提出临界单位压缩量的概念,以便于控制工艺参数。此方法已经有效地防止了锻件中心开裂。
The article introduced the crack phenomena and analyzed the crack causes of high-speed steel forgings. It pointed out that the improper operations may bring about the crack of high-speed steel forgings. The concept of the compress quantity is put forward to control technique parameter. It has provided an effective method to avoid the crack of high-speed steel forgings.
