摘要
阐述了现行的测试空气静压主轴系统动态参数的方法及其不足,在此基础上提出了一种新的测试方法,即:测量主轴的端面偏摆量、轴向窜动量、轴心漂移量等方法。笔者指出采用该方法测量的值是误差信号的非失真值,其电信号既可模拟显示,也可经A/D转换输入计算机进行数字信号处理、显示、打印或进行动态校正处理。为分析空气静压主轴系统的动态过程、测试、完善和改进设计提供了真实、可靠的依据。
The paper introduces the current methods and their defect about testing the dynamic parameters of air-static pressure main shaft system, and advances a new method, namely, the measurement method of the end swing value of shaft, the axial movement value of shaft and the axis drift value of shaft, etc. The testing values are non-distortion values of error signal, and the electric signals could be analog-displayed or input into computer with an A/D conversion for digital signal treatment, display, printing or dynamic correction operations. This method provides the true and reliable reference for the analysis of the dynamic process of air-static pressure main shaft system, readjustment and improve ment of design.
