摘要
针对单元化制造系统存在的柔性问题,进行设备布局的仿真实验研究;提出了基于车间布局的制造系统柔性评价指标;分析了改善单元化制造系统柔性的几种布局方式。用改变设备布置为手段,通过仿真实验,总结出改善单元化制造系统柔性的有效方法。
Aiming to solve the problems of the flexibility in cellular manufacturing system, the simulative experiments of facility layout are carried out. The flexibility evaluation indexes of manufacturing system aer presented, and some kinds of cellular layout are analyzed to improve flexibility of cellular manufacturing system. Based on changing equipments' location, some effective methods of enhancing flexibility of cellular manufacturing system are summarized by simulation.
