摘要
在我国提倡节约型社会大环境中,用普通车床改造成数控车床已成为一般厂家和学校的首选。它的工作原理和组成系统是:用普通PC机作为微机控制系统的主机,并在普通车床加装具有接收信号的转位电动刀架,再加有步进电机,其驱动电源采用脉冲调宽电路和平滑细分线路,最终实现车床的多功能低成本自动化,使其成为一台高效、多能的经济型数控车床。
It has been main concern that modifying a general machine to a numerical control machine to save cost and materials. The modify processes include the following steps. Installing electronic driven lathe head over the general machine, using a personal computer as the control ceneral, and with the step motor as the power source, a multifunctional with low cost and high automatic NC machine can be set up.
