摘要
根据红外成像仪的结构和实际的工作条件,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了红外成像仪的三维模型,并对其进行了热分析和模态分析,得到了红外成像仪的温度场分布和变形前后的比较。分析了红外成像仪的温度场和热-机械响应特性对成像效果的影响。
Three-dimensional finite element models of infrared thermograph are built and the thermal modal analysis is performed with ANSYS package. The temperature distribution and elastic deformation are obtained. The influence of thermal distribution and thermal-mechanical response of the infrared thermograph are analyzed.
