摘要
用发酵工程的方法,将金针菇菌株在适宜条件下进行深层培养,获得多糖含量高达7.43g/L的金针菇发酵液。利用金针菇多糖具有增强机体免疫的生理特性,以该发酵液为原料,制成金针菇增强免疫保健营养液,可为工业化大生产提供科学依据。
In fit conditions,Flammulina velulipes fermented liquid can be obtained,which contains 7.43 g/L polysaccharose.One of its characteristics is able to increase organizm immunity.Therefore,by taking fermeantal liquid as factional materials,Flammulina velutlpes nutritions liquid is made up to increase organizm immunity.All can provide scientific basis for industrial production.
