摘要
本文针对内燃机时规链滚子在多冲作用下易于发生早期断裂失效的问题,提出一种全新形式的滚子———卷制螺旋滚子,并理论分析了其结构尺寸与变形能之间的关系,并且通过实验证明了卷制螺旋滚子在耐冲击和抗压溃性能方面明显优于传统滚子,可大大提高内燃机时规链的使用寿命。
This paper puts forward a new developed roller - rolling screw roller to solve the problem of timing roller in I. C. engine invalid early due to multicycle impact. The relationship between screw roller's frame regular size and distortion power is also analyzed theoretically. It's proved that the screw roller's property of resisting impact and stress is much better than that of the traditional roller. So it can prolong the life of timing chain in I.C. engine.
