质量机能展开是一种产品开发的质量保证方法和现代化的管理方法,在很多行业已经得到广泛的应用。文章通过介绍质量机能展开(QFD)在住宅产品中的实例应用,探讨了住宅开发建设中需要关注的质量需求和技术需求。QFD为住宅产品的质量管理提供了一种新的途径。
QFD, which has been widely applied in multiple industries, is a quality guarantee method as well as a modern management method for product development. This article discusses the quality demand and technical requirement to be noticed during residential development and construction through introducing the practical application of QFD in residential product. QFD provides a new manner for the quality management of residential products.
