摘要
在各项社会事业中,教育与人才有着最为密切的关系。对此,教育界和社会历史领域形成了一些基本观点,但多有歧义,症结在于分类标准不一致。引入“素质结构”的概念、进行素质结构分析,有助于解决这一问题。根据社会分工的历史法则和素质结构分析的结果,整个社会的人才可以分为4个基本类型,参照国际教育分类标准,我国的学校教育可以分为4种。这种,分类及其扩延有利于现代国民教育体系的创建。
During various social business, education has the most close relationship with talents, and the educational world and social history field have formed some basic points about them, but most of the points are misleading, and the sticking point is the inconsistency of classification standard. Introducing the concept of "quality structure" can contribute to the resolution of this problem. According to the historical principles of division of social work and the results of analysis on quality structure, the talents structure in society can divide into four basic types, and the school education also can divide into four types refering international classification standard, and this kind of classification and magnification are good for the construction of modern education system.
