摘要
快速变化及不确定的动态环境要求高职院校师资范式必须具有敏锐捕捉环境变化信号并迅速调整以适应环境变化的能力,即柔性;现行高职师资范式的刚性特征及衍生出的诸多问题,降低了高职院校的应变能力,构成了师资范式柔性研究的学校内部要求。柔性师资范式以其自适应和自组织的柔性机制,能灵活适应日趋动态化的新环境,产生积极效应,是对现行范式的一种超越。
Repid change, uncertain and dynamic environment require the model of teaching staff in higher vocational education must have the abilities of acutely catching signals of environmental change and quickly adjusting to adapt to the change of environment, which can be named as fexibility; the rigid characteristic of present teaching staff model in higher vocational education and many derived problems decreased the responsive abilities of higher vocational schools, which formed the requirement inside school for the research on flexibility model of teaching staff. The flexible teaching staff model can adapt to the increasingly dynamic new environment, and produce positive effect by its flexible mechanism of self- adaptability and self-organization, which is exceeding to present model.
