摘要
职业院校“双师素质型”教师必须符合国家规定的职称和相关实践工作条件,并据此及实际工作任务对其进行考核。针对现状,可以从学历和职称、人才引进、培养渠道、激励机制等方面加强高职院校“双师素质型”教师队伍的建设。
"Dual-qualification quality'teachers in higher vocational schools must accord with national prescribed position and relative practice work requirements, and the evaluation of them should be according to these requirements and teachers' working tasks. Aiming at the present situation the construction of "dual-qualification quality" teachers can be strengthened from aspects of diploma and postion, introduction of talents, cultivation pathway and inspiration mechanism.
