摘要 目的:对新疆产准噶尔大戟根的化学成分进行研究。方法:通过反复硅胶柱色谱,硅胶薄层制备以及凝胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化化合物,利用核磁共振等解析化合物结构。结果:从正丁醇部分分离得到了10个化合物:鞣花酸(ellagic ac id)(1),3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸(3,3-′d i-O-m ethylellagic ac id)(2),3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸-4′-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖苷(3,3-′d i-O-m ethylellagic ac id-4′-O-α-D-arab infuranoside)(3),3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-木糖苷(3,3-′d i-O-m ethylellagic ac id-4′-O--βD-xylopyranoside)(4),3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3,3-′d i-O-m ethylellagicac id-4-O--βD-glucopyranoside)(5),3,3,′4′-三甲基鞣花酸(3,3,′4-′tri-O-m ethylellagic ac id)(6),3-甲基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-木糖苷(3-O-m ethylellagic ac id-4′-O-β-D-xylopyranoside)(7),3,3,′4-三甲基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3,3,′4-tri-O-m ethylellagic ac id-4′-O--βD-glucopyranoside)(8),短叶苏木酚(brevifolin)(9)和短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(ethyl brevi-folin carboxylate)(10)。结论:上述化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Euphorbia soongarica (Xinjiang origin). Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by repeated normal column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and Sephadex LH -20 chromatography. The chemical structures were elucidated by NMR and MS spectra. Result: Ten chemical constituents were i- solated from the n-BuOH fraction and identified as ellagic acid ( 1 ), 3,3 '-di-O-methylellagic acid (2), 3,3 '-di-O-methylellagic acid- 4'-O-a-D-arabinfuranoside (3), 3, 3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (4), 3, 3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (5), 3, 3', 4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid (6), 3-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (7), 3, 3', 4-tri-O- methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), brevifolin (9) and ethyl brevifolin carboxylate (10). Conclusion: All of above compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
