微波辐射对雷达作业者淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换的影响 被引量:5

摘要 作者研究了75例雷达作业人员的外周血淋巴细胞SCE变化,发现在微波照射强度为30~280μW/cm^2,照射时间为 2~8h/d的条件下,雷达作业人员外周血淋巴细胞SCE平均值(6.206±2.163)显著高于对照组(4.690±1.759),P<0.05。提示受检人员淋巴细胞的DNA可能受到损伤。未观察到微波的影响有年龄和性别差异。 The sister chromatid exchange (SCE) of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 75 radar operators was studied after microwave radiation (30-280μW/cm2, 2-8 hours a day for three months to 32 years). It was found that the average of SCE (6.206±2.163) of lymphocyte in peripheral blood was obviously higher than that of control group (4.690±1.759, P<0.05). This suggests that the DNA in lymphocyte was damaged. No difference of microwave effect on SCE was found in different age-group.
