摘要
应用熵的理论建立交通运输项目融资决策模型,其优点在于把多指标评价各项目融资方式固有信息的客观作用与决策者经验判断的主观能力量化并结合为一个复合权重集,然后用以对各项目融资方式进行排序.
The model of fund collecting is established with the entropy theory for transportation projects. Its advantage is combining multi-objective evaluation of various ways of collecting funds with their inherent information and the subjective judgement of a policy-maker. It can be used to rank the various models of fund collecting.
