摘要
个性差异决定了学习者学习素质的差异,家长和学校应该互动合作,共同帮助学习者分析并发现自己的优势,实现个性化学习。个性化学习的过程是学习者成为自己所希望成为的人的过程,最大限度地体现人的个性、独特性、进取性、发展性、潜在性与创新精神。
Because individual diversity decides the difference of the learners' learning diathesis, family and school should cooperate and act mutually to help the learners to analyze and find their own dominant learning diathesis, putting up individual study. The process of the individual study is one that the learners become what they themselves hope to be, furthest reflecting personal individuality, speciality, enterprising, expansibility, potentiality and innovationality.
