摘要
通过对北京体育大学部分本科毕业生的问卷调查表明:1)体育专业大学生总体就业压力较高,国家社会大环境的外部致因特征明显,缓解方式特点突出,应加强压力的疏导研究,确保体育大学生顺利度过就业关键期;2)体育专业大学生总体就业竞争力一般,用人信息获取的社会关系化特征明显,就业所花费的成本偏高;3)不同专业的体育大学生在就业方面存在诸多明显差异,应把握不同专业的特点进行针对性的就业指导和服务。
Through questionnaire about a number of undergraduate students of Beijing sport University, it shows as follows: 1. In general the undergraduate students have a high job hunting pressure and the external reason of .social atmosphere is outstanding. The way of alleviating the situation is obvious. We should strengthen the research of pressure transmitting. To make the .students overcome the vital period of job hunting safely. 2. The competence of job hunting of those students is at the average level. "The .social relationship of getting the information is apparent and the cost to get a job is a little bit high. 3. Different majors have a great number of differences in job hunting. We should understand the differences of the majors and give the guidance and service of job hunting respectively.
