数控机床及其传动控制

摘要 详细介绍了数控机床的特点、结构、控制方式,并以CK6132数控车床为例具体说明数控车床的构成、传动过程及其控制方式,以及针对现有的CK6132数控车床存在的问题,提出更新技术,将其控制方式由开环控制方式改为闭环控制,表明了其不仅具有高精度的位置控制功能而且还有极高的稳定性和易调试性。机床精度得以提高,从而使产品质量也得到提高。 This article details the features, the structure and the control of the digital control machine tools, and takes the CK6132 numerical control lathe for example to show numerical control lathe structure, the transmission and its the control, as well as against the existing problems of the CK6132 digital lathe by updating technology, the means of its open loop control are translated into closed loop control. Results show that it has not only demonstrated its highprecision position control functions but also high stability vulnerable debugging. Precision of machine tools is improved, so that product quality is improved.
