摘要
作者应用免疫组化、反向间接血凝及病毒培养等技术,对25倒流行性出血热(EHF)患者中枢神经系统进行了病毒定位研究。EHF患者脑脊液中可检出可溶性病毒抗原(2/8);脑脊液中单核、淋巴细胞中病毒抗原亦为阳性(6/20);首次从患者脑脊液中分离到并鉴定为EHF病毒(4/25);进一步用多种染色方法(IFA,FA,PAP,ABC)在患者尸脑组织神经胶质细胞中发现病毒抗原荧光及酶染颗粒。以上结果证明EHF病毒可以穿过患者血脑屏障,侵入中枢神经系统造成感染。
The localization of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) virus in central nervous system (CNS) of the patients with EHF was studied by R-PHA, immunohis-tochemistry, and cell culture technique. The soluble antigen of EHF virus in cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) was found in 2 out of 8 patients by R-PHA. The virus antigen in cytoplasm of monocytes and lymphocytes in CSF was detected positive (6/20), and 4 strains of EHF virus were isolated from 25 patients with EHF. Further studies were made on brain tissue of EHF patients by immunohistochemistry. EHF virus antigen was found in cytoplasm of neurogliocytes of EHF patient by IFA, FA, PAP and ABC staining, while the control staining was negative. All the results indicate that EHF virus can cause 'CNS infections' via blood-brain barrier of patients with EHF.
