摘要
采用CFD软件对微型甲醇燃料电池(MicroDirectMethanolFuelCells,μDMFC)进行模型的建立和性能仿真,并比较了不同的流场结构设计对电池性能的影响.结果表明,蛇形流场结构比较点型和平行流场结构具有更好的电池性能,且由于甲醇的渗透,甲醇浓度增加时,会引起电流密度的有所下降.
Using CFD software, modeling and numerical simulation of μDMFC (Micro Direct Methanol Fuel Cells)was carried out. Moreover, the influence of DMFC performance with various flow channel design were studied. Results from the simulation show that the performance of the DMFC with the serpentine flow field excelled the one with the dot and parallel flow field, and the increase of methanol will cause the decrease of current because of the methanol crossover.
