摘要
采用水热法,以Li2CO3和Nb2O5为反应物,水热反应时间为12小时,反应温度为240℃,合成了铌酸锂纳米粉体.采用XRD、TG-DTA、TEM、SEM对此条件下合成的铌酸锂粉体进行表征.然后对水热合成的纳米粉体进行烧结实验,用XRD,SEM观察了烧结体的组织形貌并通过数字电桥测试了其介电性能.
LiNbO3 nanopowders were hydrotherrnally synthesized at 240℃ for 12h using Li2CO3 and Nb2O5 as starting materials. The powder was characterized by X-ray dift raction (XRD), thermal analysis (TG-DTA), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Then the powder were sintered at different temperatures for 2h. XRD, SEM and digital bridge were used to observed the structure and dielectric properties of the sinters.
