摘要
研究了催化剂煅烧温度,煅烧时间和活化温度对碳纳米管生长的影响.当催化剂煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为3h,活化温度在600-700℃时,碳纳米管管径均匀,产率高.
The paper dealed with the effect of the calcination temperature and time and the activation temperature of catalyst on the growth of CNTs. Carbon nanotubes with high yield and even diameter can be obtained when the calcination temperature is 800℃, the calcination time is 3 h and the activation temperature varies from 600℃ to 700℃.
