摘要
《黄帝内经》是我国现存最早的中医典籍,被誉为中医四大经典之首,其主要部分成书于春秋战国时代,研究价值不可估量。虽是中医学的重要典籍,其中也不乏饮食养生之道的研究,其中最值得推崇的当是饮食有节。
《Huangdineijing》 is the earliest extant ancient books and records on Chinese medicine and is praised as the key among four famous ancient books and records on Chinese medicine. Its main part was completed in the Spring and Autumn Period and its research value really is not estimatable. Although 《Huangdineijing》 is important classic book and records on Chinese medicine, it is not lack of the research descriptions on the ways to keeping health by diet, of which the most recommendable ought to be how to be moderate in eating and drinking.
