摘要
“洛桑模式”是瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院培养现代酒店管理人员的一种国际公认的成功模式,倡导的是“理论联系实践,生产与教学相结合”的教学理念。研究“洛桑模式”在烹饪产教结合教学中的构建,必将对我国的烹饪教育事业起到积极的推动作用。
"Lausanne Mode" is internationally acknowledged as a successful mode created by Lausanne Hotel Management College in training modern hotel managing staff. This mode initiates a teaching concept of "Theory combines practice, production integrates with teaching". Conducting a study on the construction of "Lausanne Mode" in cuisine teaching will definitely play an active promotive role in the cuisine educational cause of our country.
